I know. You might be thinking balance is bullshit.
The problem is you’re doing it wrong, hearing it wrong, or maybe you’re right — and that’s your truth. But here’s the thing, balance isn’t about “having it all.” It’s about choosing and being intentional. Of course you can’t have balance if you’re saying yes to every single thing, trying to fix everybody’s life, while trying to take care of your own.
If you learn that, if you learn how to be make your choices intentionally, not on default mode, you’ll know that you can achieve balance. Maybe not 100% of the time, but enough for you to NOT go insane. I’m telling you this because that’s what I’ve been practicing, and with all the chaos in my life/the world, that’s what’s keeping me going without losing it.
